David I. Muir is currently part of the management team at Island Syndicate, Inc., publishers of the award-winning Island Origins Magazine and producers of annual food festival, The Taste the Islands Experience. Muir is also an award winning photo journalist, curator of multiple Fort Lauderdale art exhibits, conductor of seminars for aspiring journalists and photographers, and adjunct instructor of photography at Broward College.
David also operates a portrait and event photography business, DAVIDiPhoto, Inc. The enterprise is well regarded in the business community and has maintained a consistent list of corporate and non-profit organizations for its clientele. In keeping with David's focus on client satisfaction, the business was awarded "the most customer service friendly business" by the Lauderhill Regional Chamber of Commerce.
